Dr. Russo is an Assistant Professor of Cardiac Anesthesiology who completed her Cardiothoracic Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and her Critical Care Fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
“ I’ve had the opportunity to attend Dr. Green’s one-on-one sessions at the Scottsdale Echocardiography Simulation Center twice now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. His lab provides an incredible environment to reinforce transesophageal echocardiography skills used in the operating room, stay current with the latest cardiac anesthesia–related echo techniques, and gain exposure to new structural heart training. I always leave with greater confidence and understanding than when I walked in. I’m looking forward to beginning transthoracic echocardiography with him in the future so that I may bring POCUS experience to my home institution.”

Thank you so much! It was an amazing experience. Dr. Green’s course is nothing short of transformative. He has assembled a world class simulation session, integrating high yield cases for clinical practice and board preparation. Additionally, he has real cases on Philips QLab to practice 3D multiplanar reconstruction and quantification. However, the true value of this course is actually Dr. Green himself. He is one of the most knowledgeable echo experts I have had the pleasure of learning from, and my three days with him have been a massive catalyst for my career.

I am an interventional cardiac and peripheral vascular specialist. I am a founding member of the society of cardiac computed angiographic tomography, as well as an adjunct clinical professoar at the Univeristy of Arkansas in Little Rock.
I have been searching for the very best update in TEE I could possibly find. After three days with Dr. Neil Green, I was "blown-away" by his one-on-one in depth hands on state-of-the-art TEE training simulation course in addition to his encyclopedic knowlege of TEE.
Dr. Green is the very best TEE instructor I have ever seen. As a board certified anesthesiologist, Dr. Green is an expert in teaching TEE to physicians as well as corporate clinical specialists.
I highly recommend the Echo Sim experience to anyone who wishes to learn TEE or have an in-depth update
Sincerely

As a Cardiac Surgeon, I had long sensed the potential benefit of a fully-certified echocardiographic understanding, and what that might do to enhance my personal strategic management of today’s Open Heart Surgical Patient. I was fortunate to find Dr. Green, and after a rigorous, 5-day, one-on-one, hands-on stint, I look at the TEE in a much more sophisticated manner. This has evidenced itself clinically not only in the planning/assessment of valve cases, but also in virtually every sick coronary patient. I plan on taking the Testamur examination next year, and look forward to being one of the few Cardiac Surgeons in the country with this qualification. Dr. Green is a superb and patient teacher with multiple decades of experience. Time with him is a period of mentorship unequalled by any such training I have undertaken since my Fellowship at Emory. I plan on coming back for another week next spring. Don’t miss this opportunity !
Thanks Again
